Hi Simon,
I did a bit of googling and it seems that mii-tool was specifically made for
10/100mbps cards (correct me if I'm wrong), and that the ethtool product
should be used for the gigabit cards??
I've read the man pages on ethtool and it looks like that's just a utility to
set values for the eth interfaces and not really test.
What Gigabit cards you recommend? after googling it seems that the Intel cards
are the go?
